La-La-La-Lasagna
Lasagna is a really powerful analogy. It is the composite of a bunch of seemingly disparate parts that come together in perfect, tasty harmony. If only the world was as harmonious as lasagna…Start off by dicing and adding all of your vegetables to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Toss and stir well, until the veggies are cooked to your preference. Prepare your baking dish by spreading a layer of tomato sauce or white sauce at the bottom. Layer three to four lasagna noodles over the sauce (to fit the dish fully).
Drizzle white sauce over the noodles and add a thick layer of veggies. Spread a layer of marinara sauce and tomato sauce over the veggies and top this with a sprinkling of mozzarella and parmesan, and then another layer of noodles. Repeat this process with all of your layers (three full repeats should be plenty). Be liberal with the sauces! The sauces are easy to make at home. Use up all the veggies in the lasagna itself. The final layer of noodle should just be topped with a thick layer of marinara and tomato, then mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake at 420˚F for 30 – 35 mins. ; Enjoy!
